Steps to book train ticket through Cash on Delivery payment option.

1. Login to bookmytrain.com or download the app from respective play store and register with bookmytrain.
2. After registration, click on 'Buy a Ticket' tab to book your journey.
3. Select the desired source & destination, select quota and journey date.
4. Select the train and relevant class to get availability.
5. Now fill the passenger details.
6. Choose relevant reservation preference.
7. Select payment option.
8. Review booking details.
9. Accept terms of booking ticket.
10. Provide your delivey address.
11. Confirm your booking by providing your registered Email / IRCTC Username.

The ticket will be delivered to your door steps in case of COD as a payment option. This facility is available in 200 cities/towns as of now. The details of your booking will be available in the Booking History section on Bookmytrain.com. You can login at any time and print your copy, even if you lose one and need another.

Cash On Delivery is allowed 5 days prior to the travel.
