5. Just find the ticket want to check details of and CLICK on it. Please pay attention the ticket booked list contains all the details of that ticket which confuses that we can only see those details only but it's not so, you have to click on the ticket details box to unlock the cancellation, print, get SMS etc options like the picture below.
6. Now you will get all the options like cancel ticket, print ticket, get SMS, get PNR status etc. Click on Cancel ticket option to cancel the ticket. Or click on the Print e-ticket option to print the ticket. Note: please check whether the popup from the new website is blocked or not, if the popup is blocked then it will show an icon in your address bar and will not allow you to print the ticket.
